I saw on facebook and found myself empathizing with a match.... So i wanted to try my hand at a little story. Although it is just a quick little one page doodle in my sketch book... I really like it :D

It reminds me of Zero at first glance.

No creation comes into being without some previous experience influencing the creative process either consciously or unconsciously, just like no piece of art exists without the rest of the art scene to give it context.
Often it is the references we see in one piece that gives us the combined understanding of both. Sort of a hint of the experience the author had when experiencing the inspiration.

yes, that is deep....
it makes me think how art began though. That had to be spontaneous in someway because they only had life experiences to draw off from and not other art works.

and good eye seeing Zero in there!

Well most art still reflects life in its many wonderful facets, nature being one of the best designed product series in production ever. Anyhow, good to see someone had seen zero too :).

All the best. HK

I kinda liked the maker more, it had this sort of a fable-y feeling to it, although zero was very nice too.

I like the maker more as well. I think zero was just a little to long for a short. It kind of lost its emotion in all the naration
